It was a lovely experience at Sai Ayush homestay.We stayed in a 2 bedroom flat, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and an ample sofa. Drinking water is available in the reception area - we filled up all our water bottles for temple tour day from there, very very useful. Rooms were clean, well maintained. Hot water supply was plenty, bathrooms clean. Some thoughtfully kept utensils were also there. Krishna at the reception was very attentive to us.The place is walking distance (literally 5 minutes) from the Seetharama Villas restaurant which serves delicious food.Location: slightly away from Kumbakonam town, but very well connected by bus. If you have your own vehicle, then you have nothing to worry about. Ample parking space, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.Overall, this is I think one of the best places to stay in Kumbakonam at a very reasonable price.I have provided a couple of improvement suggestions which will make the stay even better and well thought out. But these are small things, this was a great stay. Thank you Sai Ayush Homestay!

We have booked sai ayush homestay for our stay which was very comfortable and the room was very neat and clean. Service was really good as if like staying at our home. They provide induction stove, kettle so you can cook food for your kids. Hotels are very near by.

We were there for one night owner is very cooperative provided an extra bed for no cost and the price is very reasonable comparatively to other properties since it's a tourist season other properties were quite expensive besides this property is new was clean and tidy .only setback is this place is little faraway from the city if you are coming by your own vehicle than there is no issue.they have filter water near the reception.this house was in 2nd floor with small kitchen,Hall and two bedrooms with AC and two bathrooms each. overall i had good sleep and enjoyed the stay
